We hosted our wedding at Dusit Thani in February, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we started planning, the team was professional, attentive, and accommodating to our needs. Initially,our coordinator was Evonne, she was professional, prompt and very hospitable. Venue & Ambience The hotel exudes elegance with its blend of Thai-inspired decor and modern luxury. The ballroom was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully set up according to our theme. Although we only had 100++ guests, we had the entire ballroom (3 combined into 1) which was very spacious for the guests, except that there were moments when it’s quiet, it really gets quiet. But it was necessary because we needed the screens to show videos as our deco is blocked. Nonetheless, very spacious. The Warmest Service We Could Ask For What truly sets Dusit Thani apart is its people. From the start, Akash & Shadman (if spelling error, pls pardon), treated us with such kindness and dedication, ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully handled. They were incredibly patient, proactive, and always had a reassuring smile, which made the entire planning process stress-free. In terms of our big bags, security, we were assured. Most importantly, we met Chester who made our Dusit experience INCREDIBLE. His attentiveness, patience, and reassuring presence made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. He is in charge of reception and accommodation, and no detail was too small for him, and no request was ever too much—he truly went above and beyond to make sure our families were well taken care of. Thank you, Chester! Besides the hospitality of the hotel, I would like to bring your attention to the sales and events team in Dusit. We were a little disappointed with our coordinator who was new, given that it changed from Evonne to someone else. From someone who was very prompt with replies and gave personalized service, we could see the disparity in service. However, we understand and are grateful that everyone did their part to make our day special. Also, we had DIY deco where they helped to tear down and we did not loose any items as it was kept securely in the bridal gallery. This is a shoutout to Prabhu and his banquet team. Most of all, they were extremely accommodating. Food That Left a Lasting Impression Food was a big deal for us, and Dusit Thani absolutely delivered! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious and well-prepared everything was. The variety, presentation, and flavors were impeccable. We had international cuisine with Asian flavours, and everyone enjoyed the Dukkah Lamb the most. A Home Away From Home Our stay at Dusit Thani was well-fitted into our theme, aviation. Our bridal suite was absolutely stunning with planes flying in every few minutes as the bride had her makeover etc, the best view ever!!! There was even a bridal suite nearby on the same level for us to get ready in. Even though the air con was down that day, the hotel staff promptly provided a fan inside for us. Service wise the staff were all so professional and friendly. Shout out to Evonne, Sheik, Thinesh; you guys were absolutely wonderful & made us as guests feel very comfortable. The room we had was also lovely, the bed was super comfortable, hard enough for us and the pillows were good too. Water pressure in the shower was good and the toilet amenities were very good as well. The food was the winner for us. All our guests told us the wedding banquet food was one of the best they had for weddings. When we had the hotel buffet breakfast the next day, we were blown away by the selection and how yummy the food was. I’m super particular about my scrambled eggs & the chef did it perfectly runny, the way I personally like it. They even had congee. Sooo warm and comforting for the stomach after a long wedding day. No regrets holding our wedding here. Thank you Dusit!

I was at a wedding dinner on Sat. Plus point is you have very amicable and friendly staff. My experiences would have been better if all are trained to serve tea from teapot without dripping. It is horrific to see dripping tea getting onto my condiments and the plate and utensils i was eating off. Either you invest in teapots with dripless spout or train your people with the right way of doing it. A cloth under it may also solve the problem. I wrote because of my high expectation of your Dusit Thani brand.
