Ballrooms are spacious but the sound systems need improvement. Speakers too loud, need professional sound engineer to do the work to do the adjustments. Wedding singers vocal too good but too loud, guests felt unpleasant. Lobby lounge has very nice and chill ambience, service staffs are excellent. Should be commendated. Kudos and keep up the good job!

Our Bridal Suite was well-furnished and spacious, supported with a prompt and hospitable front desk service for all my adhoc requests.
