"She was incredibly gentle, and the makeup and hair she did held up beautifully throughout the celebrations..."

"Guests were asking what it was and felt more comfortable to have a drink or two..."
We held our wedding in this place and placed our trust on them upon contract signing. But, whatever happened post contract signing were complete nightmare. There were never follow-ups from the Person in Charge (Samantha Jayne) except for payment milestones. All the pre-contract signing promises were all becoming points for arguments post-contract signing. I dare to say that their flexibility is near zero and their eye for your dollar is their 100% interest. Imagine that making arrangements of having an extra chair and an extra set of cutlery, has become a goodwill gesture from them, instead of a basic service that should be delivered. The last dish (dessert) of the menu was a complete disaster whereby the picture and the actual serving, were completely 2 different things, yet they have the cheeks to argue with you still. There are still plenty of incidents that I could not possibly list it all here. Overall, a pirate ship in disguise. Sign contract with them at your own risks. Advise to management: resolve your internal conflicts between Sales Team and F&B Team. This is because the ones who suffer are your end customers who placed their trust in you for hosting their once in a lifetime big day. My experience with Changi Cove was disastrous! To be fair, the below are the only pros: - beautiful venue for wedding - nice hotel rooms - awesome Banquet Manager, Alvist Thank you.

Went for a wedding reception. Serene atmosphere. Quiet and beautiful sight. Green with beautiful birds chirping. Uniquely design with nice slopes to view the building. I am so stunned and amazed that for many years pass by this area but never actually landed here.

Planning for a wedding within 3 months can be challenging, especially during this pandemic. My partner and I are extremely thankful to host our wedding at Changi Cove Hotel. It is a beautiful site and resembles a destination wedding, at a time when travel is restricted. It was an enjoyable stay at the hotel prior to, during and after the wedding. Right from the start, Jason - our wedding coordinator at Changi Cove - has been a great help to ensure that we have all the required information. He made us feel at ease - something that most couples may find lacking at other popular wedding venues - and we totally trusted him to ensure that all was in good order. Thank you very much, Jason, for your superb service and sincerity. :) From the pre-wed food tasting to the actual day, the banquet food overseen by Chef Mark was superb and well-complemented by all our guests! Our solemnisation, lunch reception and tea ceremony couldn't have been more successful if not for the great help of hotel staff - Liping, Ryan and team. Thank you all for your effort to ensure the smooth progress on our big day. For those who are deliberating on whether to choose Changi Cove as your wedding venue, I would definitely recommend it as they tick all the right boxes: Excellent, accommodating service that comes with sincere hearts Great tasting food (honestly, you’d be surprised!) Beautiful nature settings, their auditorium has a glass panel that allows inflow of light Peaceful and idyllic for a destination wedding if you don’t mind combining the hotel stay (totally recommends this) For those who are concerned about the distance for your guests, note that there are free shuttle services by the hotel, and also it doesn't cost that much to arrange for external transport.

Attended a wedding. Very inconvenience place to go if you do not own a car. The food was OK. But quality of the waitress was so so only.
