Hotel lobby nice, staff excellent, food very good. We were here for my 25th wedding anniversary, decided all 3 couples would purchase the Premier Club Rooms, so we have access to the Club Lounge. This was a highlight on the 19th floor. Food was excellent, staff were brilliant (thank you Tina) and breakfast down stairs excellent. Room was oldish with no USB ports, scuff marks on the walls (fair wear and tear I guess). We were suppose to get a bowl of fruit in our package but only 1 out of the 3 rooms received this. The term Free mini bar items is very misleading. No alcohol, just x1 diet coke, x1 coke, x1 sprite and a juice. No milk, just dry packet creamer which is horrible, also tiny cups to drink out of. There is no ice machine anywhere on the 19 floors so you have to annoy the Club lounge or restaurants. In summary, if it wasn't for the Club lounge which costs a bomb to get ($800 extra) this review would have been harsher. Staff brilliant, room average, food awesome. Luckily, we used the Club lounge as dinner and we certainly got our monies worth of alcohol, as a glass of wine on the street is about S$15.

If you are planning a wedding, then this is the best place to choose for price, ambience and quality. The food course is really good and I recommend going with The $168 ++ per pax version. Our coordinator WeiLi is also very friendly, patient and helpful including after wedding services. She is even willing to answer and tend to request after her working hours. Do ask for her to be your manager if you can.

I have my wedding on 21 April 2024. The overall food and service was very good . The staff manage to send out quite fast and hot . Most comment that the Soup +pipa duck +steam fish was better. Thank you Wah lok for the wonderful Service and excellent food . Most guest say was good (better than some 5 star hotel ) .

Last week was there for a wedding reception nice ambiance lovely spread of buffet I enjoyed the food was decent desserts were ok ok type ..but I love the Ballroom arrangements so gorgeously decorated nice experience location wise also very convenient.

Attended a wedding ceremony cum lunch at Calton Hotel, settings, ambience and foods are very good. Parking charge for 5 hours is $18, hmmmm, a bit high.
