I am in the process of seeking wedding venues. Although my final decision isn't made yet, I will like to complement and recommend sales manager Nikki Amirul for his outstanding service throughout my entire enquiry process. Very responsive and responsible. I would have felt that my wedding is in safe hands. Hopefully the actual wedding day will be as good if i end up signing up with them!

Amara is far off from its prime years ago. Not there just for a room, actually booked a few rooms including a 2br Apt for my relative wedding. The general service quality of the staff from concierge, front desk, wedding banquet staff are unexpectedly lacking in all aspects. Except for a few staff with generally acceptable attitude, can tell it’s not a staff-level issue, it’s a high level mismanagement and lack of CS at Mgmt level. Staff are not genuinely willing to help and serve, just there to meet min standard. No initiative in helping even with luggages. Came with bulky stuff and very obviously will get help without asking if in other hotel. Counter staff doing checking in and out also seems distracted and under-trained. Feels like I owe them something. Can’t handle questions and requests very well… Wedding/banquet manager can’t remember requests from bride and groom also. Luckily food saved the day.. To be honest, it makes me even want to avoid other location’s Amara. It’s a deep-rooted issue permeating the entire hotel already as far I can tell. Hope it’s not as bad on other Amara brand.

Had my Chinese wedding on 18 Dec 22 and the Amara Events team members, especially Dawn and Jeffrey, were very supportive and helpful before, during and after the event. The one night stay in the hotel was also very comfortable. Thank you 💖
