Impeccable service attitude and delicious food. Aloft is a great wedding venue to host your banquet with good sound systems and beautiful banquet hall for any size. Glad to have chosen Aloft to host our wedding banquet. Ever since the first day we decided to sign the event with Aloft, May has been with us throughout, advising us in every single query that we had. She was very responsive, and above all else maintaining a good professional service attitude throughout the whole process. During the food tasting session, I was very impressed that the team took our request for changes in terms of the taste seriously which in turn was shown during the actual event where many of our guest gave great feedback on the food and believe me this is one very important component of any wedding banquet. Also a shout out to Izwan and team. I really couldn't have asked for a better actual day event banquet manager. His professionalism is top notch. He respected and adapted to all our changes along the way and dealt with it with great service attitude and executed the days event perfectly. Though I might be a little bias as it is my wedding event but I am really proud to say this is the best banquet team that I have met so far.
