Had our wedding on 2 March 2025. Here is my experience with Yvonne Creative Bridal: Did some research on the vendors attending the Hitcheed wedding fair and decided to go take a look at Yvonne Creative Bridal for our AD package. They were very welcoming and friendly at the booth, and there was NO hard-selling at all! They gave us a few add-ons to our AD package after knowing our wants and needs too. After signing a PWS package from a Taiwanese company, we knew that we wanted our AD package to be from a local company, and we are so glad that we did! We were able to choose and try on as many gowns and suits as we wanted within the time frame for our first fitting. The young lady whom I did not manage to catch her name was very helpful, recommending and showing us different gowns she think I would like. I immediately chose the evening gown she picked for me! There were many white gowns that I loved so much that I had a hard time picking, so I ended up picking the one that felt the most comfortable on me. Fiona helped us out for our second and last fitting as well. She ensured that the gowns fitted me properly and made a few last alterations so that they would be perfect on me. She also guided me on how to wear the gowns so that my bridesmaid can assist me on my big day. Fiona also made sure to understand our actual day's plan and ensured that we have what we needed such as the red veil for the Kua outfits, since we were only wearing Kua for the morning ceremony, our groomsmen and bridesmaids' corsages. The boss, Yvonne, was very friendly as well, always making sure to greet us and make positive comments whenever we come by and whenever she walks past our fitting room. She even checked on how our wedding day went when we went back to return everything the day after. Whenever we had questions to ask and clarifications to make, we could do so easily via the WhatsApp group, and they would always reply us promptly with as much information as possible. The MUA assigned to me, Fynix, came on time and was very friendly and helpful. She made small talks while doing my makeup and ensured that I was well prepared for the day. She also made sure I was comfortable and that my bridesmaid was present to teach her on how to wear my evening gown for me. When we had a small cork up on the Groom's white shirt, she quickly came up with an alternative solution for us too. Gina, the MUA assigned to our Mothers were great too! She made sure that our Mothers were comfortable with the hair and makeup, and also made sure to communicate with me on their use of ampoules and eyelashes. Both MUAs also readily helped our parents with their boutonnieres. We are very grateful for their help in making this hectic day possible. Overall, we had ZERO bad experience and everything went perfectly with them. In fact, we felt like family whenever we went there. We would definitely recommend Yvonne Creative Bridal to our friends and anyone looking for a AD package! Alice was extremely kind and patient for my fitting for both. I got to try many gowns as I went during weekday afternoon and I was really appreciative of that as I could find out what worked best for me. Felt really happy wearing the gowns during PWS and my AD.
