Mixed experience getting a custom wedding band. Great sales service, super friendly and knowledgeable. Aftersales service… not so much. Unresponsive, not proactive in giving updates, leaves a lot to be desired. 5 stars if the aftersales could match the sales service.

Very good place to make engagement rings. The lady boss is very friendly and patient allowing you to look at their wide selections of diamonds. This place is very affordable and has been running a honest business for 44 years. The only points to note that it is in an industrial estate and the shop decor is very old fashioned. If you want a feel good experience of having sales people push the rings to you, this is not the place for you. However, if you want value for money and good prices for customized engagement rings. FYI, engagement rings here are at half the price of normal retail outlets.
