Paid a $1000 deposit and signed their Taiwan photo package, which is more than 50% as the business owner say it is easier number for deposit. Before even any work was done here in singapore they demanded us to pay remaining full sum. We haven’t even tested any gown, let’s not even talk about the planing to Taiwan. At this point it became more and more suspicious, she started giving excuses like their gowns are more expensive then the photoshoot. Therefore they won’t “run away”. She even insulted local photographers saying that non of them is as good as her group of photographers. Fast forward, when the pandemic hits and we couldn’t fly over to Taiwan due to the lockdown, these guys refuse to refund a single cent. We end up loosing all the money we paid for, while they did 0 service. We didn’t even get to test any gowns. People please be aware of their scam tactics, showing only the unverified 5 star reviews, Super hard sell sales tactics, don’t even let you get off your seat to make a calm decision. Especially young couples think twice before signing. Do your own research and don’t give in to sales pressure. All these happen back in 2020.
