We recently had Zack as our wedding photographer and we couldn’t be happier with his service! From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and really went above and beyond.💯💯 Before we even booked him, Zack took the time to have a detailed Zoom session with us to share more about his photography style and to answer all our questions. Subsequently, he remained v responsive to all our emails and enquiries which really makes the entire process so easy and smooth. A few days before our wedding, Zack also followed-up with us and arranged for an in-person meeting to go through our wedding programme. This put us at ease as we roughly knew what to expect. 👍 On the wedding day, Zack blended in seamlessly and was also able to capture very natural, candid moments! We also appreciated that he was able to manage large group photo-taking, giving clear directions to ensure that every guest’s face was visible in the photos. As a Chinese couple, we valued Zack’s understanding of Chinese wedding customs and traditions, which made everything flow smoothly. While he doesn’t speak Chinese, he is experienced with these customs which we really appreciated too! Zack's turnaround time was incredibly fast!!! He shared some highlight photos with us just 2 days after the wedding and delivered the full set in just 1 week! We are truly grateful for Zack’s professionalism, proactiveness and talent. Zack is very friendly, patient and very proactive photographer. He really rallied and controlled the crowd to get the best photos possible. We loved the photos. The turnaround time for the photos was quite fast as well. Definitely recommend him!
