Wedding Crafters

Wedding Crafters was only the second bridal shop that I visited, but the moment I tried on their dresses, I know that I had to go with them. Their gowns were beautiful and elegant - simple and yet not plain or boring at all. Their service was commendable as well - shout out to Wan Lin for making my friends and I feel comfortable during all our visits, and for patiently guiding me through the tips of wearing a gown, which I was totally unfamiliar with. Wan Lin and team were also able to accomodate last minute adjustments to the gown to have it fit PERFECTLY. I highly recommend brides-to-be to check them out!!

As a tall bride, I found it extremely hard to find a gown that could cater to my height and proportions - so imagine my delight when I found out that WeddingCrafters had a gown that could tick the looks and vibes I was going for - elegant, romantic, feminine gowns that could fits my proportions! 🥹 Their gowns are also extremely comfortable and lightweight to move around in - which is such a plus when you’re constantly on the go on your big day! 10/10 experience with WeddingCrafters! This was the second bridal studio I visited and it was a stark contrast compared to the first. I went alone and Joyce was super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. She even helped me with the photo-taking and provided comments. The team was also not pushy with the signing of packages and no limitations on the number of gowns to try. Selections are great, I managed to try 9-10 gowns and made my decision within a week. Subsequent fitting sessions were very positive experience all thanks to the whole team :)

Joyce was extremely helpful and friendly when it came to selecting my dresses and she offered practical advice and guidance, whilst also listening to my preferences. I was also served by two other ladies during my two fittings and they were extremely understanding and accommodating when I communicated my preferences about the fitting/comfort. Overall, I had an extremely smooth and pleasant experience with WeddingCrafters and highly recommend them for brides who enjoy minimalist/elegant styles (with delicate details) and more.

When I first went to WC, Joyce was an intern then and was so patient and helpful during the first visit — encouraging me to really try on different silhouettes and even suggesting dresses that she thought would fit me. I also really loved that she gave me honest feedback (e.g. dress looked better on me than the prev one). Lo and behold, the dress that I eventually went with for my AD was actually one that she recommended that I try despite me dismissing it. What really prompted me to sign was two things: 1) the team's passion for all things bridal really came through especially the pride that they take in their designs, and 2) that they were not at all pushy during the first meeting. The rapport I had build with Joyce also really helped in subsequent fittings where she really made me feel like I was visiting a good friend at work. I also want to commend the team for regularly refreshing their catalogue and for keeping just the right amount of gowns that offers variety without overwhelming brides-to-be. Overall, would definitely recommend WC (and Joyce!).
