She really paid attention to how to help us choose the perfect dresses, and was non-judgmental and helpful in giving us design suggestions according to our body types. She also thoroughly considered the design ideas we had in mind and based her designs on them, at the same time factoring what would work better for us. We were blown away by the final dresses that she created for us - they were really the wedding gowns of our dreams :) She even accommodated our last minute request to sew buttons so that we could lift up our gown trains for our first dance. We're also very touched that Vivian was so supportive when we first explained to her that we were in a same-gender relationship. Vivian was also very experienced during our discussions and gave good suggestions and advises. Throughout the making of she gave timely updates as well. Happy with the dress that Vivian has created for me. However, I was disappointed with the client experience & service. I wish Vivian would have been more comprehensive, patient and kind which would have made the whole experience much more pleasant and enjoyable. I feel that should be the case for bride dresses.

Enquired with Vivian, and she was very helpful and patient. Also appreciate that she doesn't tell you "of course we can do anything you want" but explains why some things might not be suitable, which is really reassuring that she knows what she's doing. Not pushy at all, great customer service!
