very thankful for my TE stylist Karen! right from the moment i met her, she treated me with kindness and utmost care. Karen even went out of her way to listen to my worries (sample gown nightmare from another bridal shop) and gave me great advice. if not for her assistance i would not have been able to wear such a beautiful gown. her service is impeccable 🤍 every fitting was comfortable and despite Karen not being able to attend to me during her busy schedule, the other stylists attending to me were still extremely kind and helpful. i 100% recommend TE to future brides not just for the amazing service but super gorgeous selection of gowns! getting to wear your dream gown doesn’t come often (maybe just once), so if you’re going to do it, i hope you get to experience it with Truly Enamoured 🤍 you’ll not regret it 🥺

One of the worst experiences ever encountered, with the whole team during making an appointment and Michelle, stylist. Firstly I asked about a Cheongsum + groom I saw online and wanted to try. But was asked to paid a shipping fee for it to get it shipped over as it’s wasn’t readily available. But now , if we renting it, why do we need to get it shipped over ? Cost should be absorbed by the brand or shop. Then next , appointment was set at 2pm. Confirmed then again pushed back to 3pm. Shouldn’t your replacement stylist , come in and also serve me at 2pm ? But I agreed and went at 3pm. But we were left alone for a good 15-20 mins. Till stylist Michelle came over and attended to us. She took her own sweet time to attend to us. Not even apologising for being late. Sorry but am I obliged to wait for you? 3-5 mins is ok, but a good 15-20 mins it’s too much don’t you think so ? You have to be there before we reach. Knowing we are more likely to custom made our Cheongsum , she didn’t come readily prepared with the materials , we waited for her to go get her file. And return. Again By then we haven’t tried on anything as well. Well she did asked us if we would like to try some gowns. My fiancée did try But all the gowns were not suitable for my fiancée , and the gown we wanted wasn’t available, they said they are the authorise dealer for a brand, Galia Lahav but the brand doesn’t have them on their website listed. This is a big red flag 🚩 to called themselves a authorise dealer. We wanted to custom order a Galia Lahav gown here , but if they aren’t authorise from the brand itself, how do they get our dress made ? Very questionable! Photos are attached here in my review. People pls do your due diligence in finding out and reading reviews before you choose your wedding gowns *updated* Found out Michelle is the owner of Truly Enamoured , that explains her lateness and refuse of apologising , Even up to now , no apologise given due to bad service received. There yapping about how they are an authorised dealership, but proof have shown that they aren’t. As the official website doesn’t even show their shop name, They didn’t even have Galia latest design in their shop. Dare to call them authorised dealerships, come on. And also I’m not affiliated with any competitor , as I’m just a consumer making appointment for my fiancée gown fittings. What a joke. I even have to contact them for their explanation of their bad service received. *updated * From the brand Galia Lahav itself. That Truly enamoured is indeed not the authorised dealership for Galia Lahav. I’ve already reached out to them directly. I’m so glad and lucky as a consumer I did my full due diligence to find out if I’m dealing from authorised dealership, if anything goes wrong the bridal shop won’t be liable ,then on our very important day, we will be left without a dress. lord knows what’s Truly enamoured is up too !!! You’re the unethical one ! How dare you call me unethical . Pot calling the kettle black! Shame on you !! Send me a letter of apology now!!! Yucks. I’m sure google will review the photos and people here will know who they dealing with !! Ciaos

My deepest gratitude for Trulyenamoured exceptional service. Thank you so much for picking up my bridal dress at 11 PM the night before my big day and fixing the fallen zipper. I truly appreciate how you went above and beyond to return it to me by 1 AM, especially after working hours. Your dedication and care made all the difference, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m so grateful for your help and for making sure everything was perfect for my special day. Shout out to Michelle, Sabina & May for providing such incredible service!

I also got a dress from the Ivory Bridal but, every visit my stylist changes. The quality of service was also not the same. But Karen from Truly Enamoured has been with me from the start and made every fitting perfect and seamless for me. All the request I ask she also willingly advised the best option. She was so patient when I tried on the gowns. I never felt rushed. When I brought my family to the boutique as they all travelled to Singapore to see me with the gown, Karen treated them so nicely and patiently showed them the different options. A first class experience and luxurious service, that’s what Karen showed. Really appreciate all her hard work.

Karen and the team was fantastic, being so thoughtful and personalized in their styling from start to finish. Their selection is also pretty wide, offering different styles. Rented 2 gowns from TE and never looked back, highly recommend to all future brides!!
