We were attracted by the many good reviews & decided to order a set of canapés for our wedding anniversary on the 21 Feb. To our horror and disbelief, the food never came. We called and was told that the kitchen is closed on that 'fateful' day ! But how could that be ? We had received confirmation email for our order !! Fortunately, we didn't order for any guests otherwise, they would have been left hungry because of your utterly disappointing & unreliable service 🤨☹ (Edits to previous comments) Couple of days later ....To our great astonishment, Tim himself appeared at our door. He came to apologise & to explain what exactly happened. Service recovery well executed Tim ! You have our support back 😊 Btw, ur canapés taste great 👍
