The jeweller was extremely professional, detailed and friendly! After a major disappointment from the lack of service & knowledge at a well-known jewellery store in Far East Shopping Centre, I came to the Pather to find out if I could resize my engagement ring. At first sight, he could immediately tell me that the gemstone was a sky blue topaz, and what material the band was made out from. Within less than a week, he was able to resize the ring about 4-5 sizes down. When I came to collect, I saw that the brand engraving in the band was still intact and the job was done perfectly! I wish people knew more about this jeweller and that there were more reviews on him. Each time we came, he offered my partner and I a bottled water each. Service was impeccable!!!
