We had a great 10/10 experience with The Gown Warehouse for our wedding! Being bigger sized, I was worried if there would be dresses that fit me and Xin Wei was an absolute darling in assuring me and finding dresses that best fit me. Xin Wei is patient and easy to talk to and really warm! She is very experienced and gave great advice. Also appreciate her other team mates, Diana etc who helped us to prepare for our special day! Kudos to Clara, our makeup artiste and Tommy, our photographer! Clara dolled me up so prettily according to my make up preference! She was also helpful in changing my gown and hairstyle for pre wedding shoot. Tommy was fantastic in helping my husband and I feel so comfortable during our pre-wedding shoot and the photos turned out so natural and we love them! Clara and Tommy were perfect for us and we requested for them again for our actual day. Truly appreciated the dream team for our special day!! :)
The Gown Warehouse has awesome customer service - I was very indecisive regarding gown selection but they allowed me to go down multiple times just to try the gowns. Special thanks to Xin Wei for helping me patiently all the time too. ☺️

The Gown Warehouse was the second bridal studio I visited, and thanks to En En’s warmth and efficiency, I found the dress almost immediately. She encouraged me to try on styles I would have never considered, quickly narrowing down what suited me best. Her expertise and keen eye made the whole process effortless and fun. The entire experience was seamless and fuss-free from start to finish. Even after I soft-booked a dress, Enen let me try on new options at the end of the year, giving me the flexibility to change my mind. She truly went above and beyond—not only helping me find my dream gown but also letting me borrow accessories and a veil to complete the look.
