Unfortunately, my experience with Temple and Grace was very disappointing. My custom engagement ring experienced a serious workmanship issue when the centre diamond fell out after just 26 days of normal wear. Following this, an independent jeweller inspected the ring, identified issues with the original setting, and replaced all three prongs to properly secure the diamond. After spending several months trying to resolve the matter directly with Temple and Grace, I lodged a complaint with Consumer Protection WA. I was later advised that Consumer Protection was unable to progress my complaint because Temple and Grace did not respond to their attempts to make contact. As a result, the matter remains unresolved.
