Wanted to give a 1 star initially due to bad workmanship of my wedding ring. The stone on my wedding ring dropped out after 2 days of wearing it. I went back to the store but was met with a rude staff and they said I did not take care of it. They did not apologies but instead told me that I am the only customer who experienced this (which I later found out is not true). I opted to repair the ring. 1 week after wearing it, the stone fell out for the 2nd time. I went back to the shop and was accused of not taking care of the ring, no apology. However, I gave a 3 star because the Manager took over and handled the situation well. He took responsibility, apologised for the inconvenience and renegotiated a deal that we are satisfied with. He also mentioned that we weren’t the only ones who experienced this situation as such characteristics are common for solitaire rings.
