I went to State Property to have an engagement ring customised for my partner as I really liked their architecture inspired jewellery. I gave them a brief, filled up a questionnaire that was to help them better understand what I wanted, and they truly over delivered. When it was time to see the proposals I had a hard time picking because the designs were so good and concept-wise, exactly what I wanted. Decided to go with my gut feel for the final pick and months later, the actual ring was in my hand and gorgeous. My partner loves it and have gotten so many compliments on it. The ring customisation experience was stress free and enjoyable, made possible by the most sincere and warm sales/client manager I’ve met, Shu. Also, super thankful for the principal designer Ruiyin for deciding to pick up my project and creating the perfect engagement ring for us.
