UPDATE: After my unfavourable experience a few days ago (refer to feedback below), SLR Revolution has since apologised and rectified the situation by offering to sell me the same product at promo price. I went back to the store today (June 19) and bought the video monitor which was in stock as promised. Greatly appreciate the support of Ms. Qiule and Mr. Lim. Hope to buy more items from this store in the future. Thank you. ---------- Very incompetent staff and unapologetic person-in-charge. I went to this store yesterday and staff told me that they stopped releasing a limited sale item (Liliput 7” monitor) for the day (June 14). Staff said item is in stock but will only release again the next day (today). So I queue up today from 8am (store opens at 11am) only to be told that the item went OUT OF STOCK YESTERDAY!!! They didn’t even bother to update their ad posters or give notice of any out of stock items!! So good luck buyers! Thank you for wasting my morning SLR Revolution!
