I recently had the pleasure of enjoying Shaabaz Kitchen at a special event, and I was really impressed. Mr Manikandan served us, and his warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience even better. What shines with Shaabaz Kitchen is their signature biryani — especially the Chulia Biryani and Lamb Dum Biryani. The rice was fragrant, the meat was tender and well cooked, and the spices were balanced: rich flavour without being overwhelming. Other things I appreciated: The halal certification gives extra assurance. They offer a wide variety: not just biryani, but great sides, appetizers, desserts. Everything was served nicely in terms of presentation. Their tagline “Every Grain is a Feast” is quite fitting — the portions were generous and the food showed real care. If you are planning a wedding, corporate event, or any celebration, and want authentic flavours, excellent service (with folks like Mr Manikandan who make guests feel looked after), and biryani that people will talk about long after — I highly recommend Shaabaz Kitchen.

I had biryani at a wedding today at One Farrer Hotel, and it was not only delicious but also received many good reviews from many guests! 😋 Even those who usually take smaller portions went back for extra rice because it was outstanding.

Had Briyani at a wedding today. Not only I found it delicious, many commented that the Briyani was superb. Even those who would limit their portion had extra rice as it was exceptional.
