Rented their Bridal lengha recently. I had enquired with their past staff which was on par service however when followed up subsequently with their new team, I'm impressed! Customer service great and they seemed to have made internal change to the collection. Lucky my lengha is still available. Kudos for the new look and feel. Will recommend to friends and family looking for quality outfits at affordable price! Thanks Sewa SG❣️🤩 Red lengha is to die for! My event was a bang in it!💞

I am writing to feedback on the below average level of services received and conduct of one of your staff, Nisa. Please refer herein the pointers as overview: - Deposit paid without invoice - Rate of dress rental does not tally with what was previously informed - Appointment cancelled at the last minute I first met your team on 16th March, 2022. I decided for 2 couple outfits with MUA. I paid a deposit of $300 as no fixed amount was specified by Nisa. Attached is the screenshot of the deposit made. No invoice, physical or softcopy was received on that day. I was asked to sign an acknowledgement form, however received no copy as well. She also informed verbally of the ala carte outfit price of $150. As we know, nothing verbal can ever be backed on both ends. Initially, i wanted to add-on a solo bride outfit (at $150 rate). But the dress i wanted only comes in a pair with the groom hence i was not able to proceed. I have requested to schedule an appointment multiple times but was rejected due to reasons such as unavailability of dates, nobody is available in the office. But my last straw was when we have decided on 19th September, and i have applied Leave to accommodate to your team, only to be met with yet another reason for cancellation. Nisa had a "last minute photoshoot" and the team were busy after an Expo event. This is totally absurd and unacceptable, as your team and especially Nisa should have planned in advance and schedule me for another date. Such has inconvenience not only me but my partner as well as parents. Truly unprofessional service from your team here. Fortunately, Qeelah stepped up and took over from there on. I was once again inconvenienced as i had to explain the situation to Qeelah all over again - such could be avoided if i was promptly attended to by Nisa. I was shocked to find that the ala carte prices were hugely different from what was verbally informed by Nisa. I have had so much inconveniences in this period of time liaising with your team and i do not want such for my wedding.
