The BEST dress rental experience I’ve ever had. From the design of the shop, the friendly staff, the variety of styles and sizes. 10/10
While they did mention on the late fee policy, still think 30 dollars per day is way too harsh. Not that their rental fees are much cheaper either. I tried contacting management for potential exemption on this as I had urgent work and dress had to be returned 1 day late. As a loyal customer, they just lost one! Probably will move on to another competitor of them with this kind of service when pure late fee is over 10% of the actual rental price.

I had the most pleasant experience with one of the staff , Sheena who provides me with impeccable and top notch service ! She is professional , patient and friendly . I went there on 2 occasions . The first is to choose an evening dress for my daughter’s wedding and was happy I found one pretty fast . After no success elsewhere for another dress for the church wedding , I went back to Sheena again . We manage to get another dress there . There are many dresses to choose from. Returning the dress after 4 days of rental is hassle free. Luckily for me , the dresses fit me pretty well . The only thing is the shop only provides simple alteration eg length of dresses so if you are looking to make major alteration to the dress , it would be difficult . All in all , i will not hesitate to use this service again. Thanks Sheena and Rentadella
