Engaged their wedding services at Amaryllis Ballroom for 5th June 2021. Not only were they unclear and NOT transparent about their charges but did not deliver anything that they had promised. 1. Wifi had major issues and disrupted the wedding livestream 2. No changing colour lights on stage as promised. 3. Audio system was not set up and was not working properly throughout the wedding. 4. Nikkah set up on stage was not done till last minute although it was promised. 5. No personnel was available to provide assistance. 6. $200 was charged for cleaning but carpets were dirty with black patches. 7. 50 chairs that were agreed to be set up for solemenization was not prepared. 8. 50 small bottles of drinks that was supposed to be distributed was not prepared. Terrible service but ridiculous prices. Wouldnt recommend the ballroom to any new couples looking to conduct their event there.
