Engaged Tracy quite last minute (3weeks) before our AD… We have no regrets choosing Props & Petal as our deco vendor, glad that she is always responsive & accommodating all our request. Despite raining on our Actual Day, we appreciated she & her team arrived on time & did a wonderful setup for our rom table, reception, photo table, photo area & the flora pcs.. We had an amazing experience with Props and Petals! Just two days before our wedding, we realized we’d forgotten to arrange decor for the solemnization, and in a panic, we called them. They immediately reassured us that they’d take care of everything, and they truly delivered. On the big day, the team went above and beyond, adding extra touches to make everything look even more beautiful. Their service was incredibly thoughtful, and they really made us feel at ease. No regrets engaging Props and Petals for my wedding! Tracy was so quick and responsive and we loved how the flowers turned out in the end. They’re very professional, timely, and I appreciate all the prompt replies and discussions we had. They were very flexible in making accommodations to certain things that we wanted. Overall it was a great experience and definitely helped to make the wedding a more stress-free day. My guests also loved the flowers, so much so that all the live flowers were brought home by them.
