The experience was SOO awesome at this place! I went into this humble shop after visiting different jewelers and to my surprise, I found my ideal engagement ring in this very shop! The prices are great, the selection is wide, the customer service tops it all! Look for Edmund, he will show you the best in the shop! (there should be a few that you will lay your eyes on!!) I recommended some friends to the shop too and nobody left empty handed!
Was out in Chinatown to get my 四点金 with my future MIL and Fiance. The shop was recommended by my future MIL's friend, indeed wasn't a disappointment. Special shoutout to Patrick, the manager, who is the friendliest, attentive and honest salesman. 100 points for his service. He understood what I wanted and recommended accordingly. The price for the gold was although high, but he gave us a very reasonable price. My Fiance asked about maintenance of the gold and cleaning, and so Patrick mentioned to return to the shop for maintenance of the gold, and that he will have his professionals shifu to clean the gold, which proves very after sales service. A very satisfied bride-to-be 🤗
No warranty on repairs ... be cautious. The team did a great job repairing my engagement ring which had lost a couple of the pave diamonds from the band. Unfortunately one of them fell out only a few days later after getting it back. I revisited the shop to be quoted another $50 to re-repair my ring. Definitely would not return or recommend.
