The worst quality of flowers and service I had. Unfortunately it's for my wedding and there's nothing I can do about it. I ordered these months in advance specifically requesting for blue delphinium to have a pastel bouquet. only to be informed only a day before that it's out of stock and they tried replacing it with an ugly dark purple one... and they even casually forget my request for a cascading orchid bouquet. When my bouquet arrive, water was leaking soaking the paper bag.. Even the arrangement was so bad and messy, lacking of colour. Totally not deserving of it's $234 price tag. Not only that, Petite Fleur claimed that they used the freshest flowers in full bloom. But my bouquet shows otherwise. These were drooping and withering and yellow by the time my ceremony ended... Utterly disappointing. Even when I showed them pic proof, all they do is deny and deny. They also didn't inform me that the ugly paper wrap needs to be removed.. My bouquet just looked bad. Really bad... Horrible service and ops team. Wish I had gone with other vendors. The images from their social media is misleading and they only know how to blame the delivery when their quality is clearly lacking. Please avoid unless u want your big event to be ruined.

Petite Fleur has meet all my expectations as a wedding florist, their designs are gorgeous and they kept to my budget without compromising the color scheme that I want.

used their services in november for our wedding! they were very responsive and helpful. we shared the florals with the couple using the venue before us and they had no issues coordinating with us. the florals were also delivered as promised and were beautiful.

They took note of my requests and questions promptly including modifications to flower colours, plant types and last minute additions. Their designs are gorgeous, modern and classy - I was really satisfied. Throughout the process, they sent photos before delivery to check if the flowers met my expectations and made minor adjustments on the spot, which I appreciated.
