We engaged with Petals Loft for our Wedding Jewelry Box and the box is absolutely beautiful. The flowers were arranged according to our requested colour codes. As we ordered the box less than a month from our wedding day (which was quite last minute), we really appreciate Eileen's quick response to our query and order and ensured that our box will be delivered before our wedding day! I am extremely delighted and love the stunning bridal bouquet they have created. Eileen took time to understand my vision and preferences and overall theme for my wedding. Eileen is very talented, the combination of the flowers, the colour and texture were harmonious that exuded elegance and charm & it truly exceed my expectation! Eileen has a very sweet dreamy style that I really liked so I engaged her to do my PWS bouquet. At the start, replies were pretty slow and took a few weeks and pushing, but after her busy period was over then replies were quick, usually within the day. Glad I waited though, as she was very pleasant to work with. She was open to listening to what I wanted in my bouquet and will give suggestions when I was unsure about things. Continued to engage her for my AD bouquet and church deco. Was great, I enjoyed the process from telling her my vision to seeing the flower types she picked. She was accommodating to the things I needed, like giving a simplified aisle pew arrangement and charging less to fit our budget. Set up was smooth and fast, quite shocked by how efficient they were bc I've helped out at a few weddings and the floral set up isn't always so smooth. I wasn't around for tear down but I heard it was unproblematic too. Also very pleased bc my preserved PWS bouquet lasted from March till my AD in Oct so I could take it apart and use it as decor too haha. Also received compliments that our venue florals were really pretty and they fit my vision v perfectly. 10/10 would recommend :)
