I engaged Jean's service for my engagement ring. From the get-go, Jean and the rest of her colleagues at orient atelier was very warm, friendly and welcoming. In particular, Jean was very open minded in welcoming my ideas and provided her expert opinion and advice. One of her key skills is being able to read my fiancée's personality within 1 meeting. This enabled her to provide sound advice to ensure the design remains suitable for my fiancée. Jeans customer centricity and level of service to rush the timeline and ultimately provide a more than reasonable final price is highly commendable. My fiance and I went to Orient Atelier via the recommendation of our mother's friend, whose daughter just got married earlier this year. We were in a hurry to get our wedding bands because our ROM was only 2 months away. My proposal ring also had an intricate design so we were trying to find something that can stack. Jean gave me very good recommendations and we even managed to customised a ring for my fiance in a design that he likes and in a comfort fit that upon wearing you really cannot feel that you are wearing a ring at all! Best still, we were worried that we couldn't make it in time for our ROM but she managed to push ours up and get it done 2 weeks before our solemnisation. Thank you and we really love the bands so much!

We had our wedding bands made by Orient Atelier and everything was perfect. Jean was really helpful and patient throughout the process. My husband loved his ring so much that he wore it even before the wedding! We returned to buy our mothers some pearl earrings too! Definitely would revisit again for the amazing service and workmanship. (:
