I think orange clove doesn't want to continue business anymore. Sent a message through their website, after 3 days no replies i called in to check and the customer service said for wedding only can email and they had expedite my message. After a week or so, still no reply. I emailed once again and still no reply

Booked a wedding buffet for 100 pax for my son's church wedding on 22 Oct 2022. Food was reasonably good, caterer was punctual. Guests were happy with the dishes we chose. Corporate Manager, Sales TL Tan needs to improve her customer service; she is not so polite. She even complained that we have engaged another caterer for the event and that makes things complicated for her. I think such comments were uncalled for.
