The photo gallery on Google Reviews does not do On&On justice because they did such an amazing job for our wedding dinner buffet! Just look at the attention to detail for the decor (we requested for a country rustic theme which was not one of the options that they had but they went out of their way to make it happen). The ops manager ensured that the food was topped up in a timely manner. We paid 70 nett per pax for a spread of 15 dishes - a far cheaper option compared to the typical Chinese banquet sit-down dinner. The most impressive part about engaging their services is the fact that they do bespoke menu - we requested for 4 types of cuisines (western, mediterranean, chinese, peranakan) and they DELIVERED. *chef's kiss*
Got On & On Diners for my church wedding lunch reception, and it was a joy to have worked with them! Due to an unfortunate set of circumstance, we were out of a catering 2 weeks from our wedding, and despite such a short time frame to work with, they were extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating, guiding us through the whole process and answering our queries. Emails were replied within the same day, no questions were to trivial for them to help us with, and they ensured that we were satisfied with the service they provided us. During the pre-event set up the day before, they came at 3pm and spent a good 3-4 hours setting up to make sure the decorations for the buffet was ready for the next day. They also very kindly upgraded our cutlery which we really appreciate. On the actual day, they had quite a number of staff around to help run the event ensuring that the food was topped up and everything went smoothly. To top it off, our guests only had raving reviews for the food. With such a large variety of food, they still managed to provide delicious food that our guests enjoyed. They particularly enjoyed the live beef carving station that we got. We'd like to thank Aishah, who we liaised with through the whole process. Would definitely recommend On & On Diners to anyone who is looking for a caterer!
Experience with On and On as our wedding caterer was great, awesome and fuss free! The manager assigned to us, Fiona, was easy to deal with, gave us good advice on food selection, easily contactable and made sure everything went smoothly. Food quality and taste were spot on and guests all enjoyed the variety, especially the butter cereal prawns, salted egg yolk fish and Laksa live station! They also lent us their very exquisite Ang Pao box for our wedding. More than satisfied and will certainly use On and On again!
