I came to On Cheong to restore my engagement ring which was sentimental to me. Ms Hui Ting who served me was very pleasant, polite and patience when helping me with it. Although the ring was not from there, they still did an excellent job with the restoration making it look like as it was 15 yrs ago. Fantastic service from Huiting and Kevin! Brought my custom-made engagement ring to them for prong tightening and repair and was initially worried that I wouldn’t get the best experience since my ring wasn’t from them. However I was greeted by professionalism. Had a good chat with Kevin as well! I got my ring back in tip top condition the very next day (dropped off my ring at 5pm, got a text at 11am the next day saying that my ring is rdy for collection). And it’s so shiny thanos’s gloves pales in comparison to my ring (free cleaning service whaaaaaat?) If you are looking for the best service, you are looking at the right place. Their perfect google review score truly speaks for itself.
