Ginny, I honestly don’t even know where to begin because you have done SO MUCH for us, and we are beyond grateful for everything! We first discovered My Bridal Room (MBR) at a wedding fair, and from that moment on, you have been there every step of the way, handling everything with so much dedication and patience. From helping me choose my pre-wedding shoot gowns and makeup, being there on the shoot day, guiding us through photo selection and editing (even with my many requests!), to overseeing the album and photo frame designs, you ensured every detail was perfect. You also took care of everything for the actual day, from fittings for my Kua and wedding gown, assisting with hair accessories, coordinating with your makeup artists, and making sure all the alterations were done beautifully. Your attention to detail truly made this whole journey so smooth and enjoyable! A huge thank you to all the makeup artists as well! Even though we didn’t communicate much, I simply sent some example photos of the looks I wanted, and they executed them perfectly on the actual day. MUA May did an amazing job with my mum’s makeup—she looked absolutely stunning, even prettier than she was at my brother’s wedding with another company. And MUA Gabby was incredible—she seamlessly tied up my hair for the Kua, then let it down for my gown, exactly as I requested. Despite the rush of a lunch reception, she managed to change my makeup, hairstyle, and accessories, as well as help me switch outfits and shoes—all within 15-20 minutes! Ginny, we cannot thank you enough for your hard work, patience, and incredible service. You are truly amazing, and we appreciate everything you have done to make our wedding journey so special.

My bridal room was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Ginny was reliable, helpful, understanding and accommodating. She was really the best. I customised my dress to rent and Ginny followed my brief. She listened to all my feedback, implement changes and even gave recommendations which really elevated the look. The dress was what I envisioned and more. Both my husband and I felt lucky to have met Ginny and we couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

Words cannot describe our experience with My Bridal Room as it was simply too delightful. We engaged MBR for our pre-wedding shoot, actual day photography and makeup, as well as customising two dresses. After visiting 3-4 bridal houses, I felt that Ginny was the only lady who understood my vision for the wedding, and we went ahead with the engagement without any further hesitation. Furthermore, for so many services offered, MBR's pricing was the most competitive. Needless to say, my year-long planning was made so easy with Ginny. In the process of designing and making the dress, she was meticulous, creative, and in Gen Z slang, "understood the assignment". I recall there was a point in time where we had tied down the fabric for my red cheongsam, but Ginny insisted on re-purchasing another fabric because she was dissatisfied with the initial one. There were also times where I got so excited and wanted to keep trying my gowns, and Ginny always made time for our sessions. Of course, the gowns turned out so amazing, and I even got compliments on it from the hotel staff where we had our dinner banquet. Sam, who was our pre-wedding photographer, was also such a joy to work with for our photos. He made us feel relaxed with his witty jokes, taught us how to pose, and edited the photos in a timely manner. Gabby, our makeup artist, was also a wonder to have. She is so funny and make our prep sessions go way faster than I imagined, and she does such a great job and making me feel and look beautiful for our PWS and AD. At the recommendation of Ginny, I also got Crix to be our actual day photographer. We can only say that the day was as beautiful as he captured it to be. Crix is wonderful at taking both posed and candid shots, all without being in the way. We cannot thank him enough for the wonderful photos taken. He is truly a wedding storyteller. Had so many people message me saying that the photos were so well taken~~ Overall, a wonderful experience - and I'm thankful to have gained a friend in Ginny and the MBR team :) Much loves!

We were recommended My Bridal Room by a friend for our wedding. It was the best decision made ever! Ginny was very supportive and accommodating throughout our whole wedding journey. The package we got included bridal gown, groom suits, pre wedding shoot, and actual day make up as well. It was very affordable and the quality was really really good. Ginny really tried to help with all our requests and really made our wedding journey incredibly smooth. She even designed by hand and from scratch my wife's wedding gown and it was really just breathtaking. Will highly recommend her to those looking for a bridal studio!! Sam who did our pre wedding shoot was also very professional and took really amazing shots!! He made simple scenes and buildings into really memorable shots. Our MUA, May, was really nice and did our make up exactly as was needed to make us look in top condition in all our photos. She communicated a lot with us and also tried to help with all requests we had with our looks. Really enjoyable working with her. Overall through one year of wedding planning, my bridal room really made things easy, fast, and smooth sailing. Very little hiccups and really professional service given. Please look for them for your wedding needs!! And plus the prices are really reasonable especially for such good quality of work :)
