Is there a zero star? The lack of sincerity & professionalism from this so call 'bridal company' is truly baffling. The malay lady in charge is only interested in making money from you or anything that benefits her end, forget about ever going the extra mile for you or your other half. Everything is at a price. She will ask to create a whatsapp group but any msgs or enqueries will be left unreplied for weeks but if you msg her about a new dress, lo & behold you will get a reply within seconds. Insincere. I went to a few other bridal companies like Bridal mantra or Bridal mastani & was served with nothing short of excellence, Sujitha is her name 👌 was all smiles even when i didnt obtained her service, wish me all the best and even gave me some contacts for styling and make up. Sincerity at its finest. This Mumbai image whatever hoax is truly not worth it, lacklustre at best, store all congested with lack of freedom to move, sigh. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience, 👎
