The overall process from planning to execution of the ROM went better than we had expected. During the preparation phase, we had a video call where Peter got to know us better, understood our requirements and explained to us the flow during the ceremony. Through the conversations, he made us feel more like a friend who was providing personal advice rather than a solemnizer who was just trying to do his job. During the ceremony itself, Peter also brings a calm and fun persona which really helps in reducing our anxiety.
