She did not show any form of irritation, agitation or being upset while I asked her to show me nearly the shop's collection of eternity ring, while I tried on them to decide which one was suited for my wedding band and engagement ring. She was also knowledgeable to offer her professional advice to suggest which eternity band would match well with both my existing bands. I was even quite happy with her honesty to acknowledge her own misjudgement in identifying that actually two rings she had showed me was of the same product code, just different grade of diamonds used.
