Really value for money and the quality of their gold/silver. The customer service given by Angie and Jasmine was really commendable. Ms Angie and Jasmine gave us the best customer service. They serviced our needs for the type of wedding rings my fiancé and I were looking for. They gave us good explanation which helped us understand our needs and wants much better. With their help and really good customer service, my fiancé and I left the shop with the rings we really loved. Nex mall outlet is a must visit. Excellent customer service and really good products.
Don’t bother sending your rings for resizing unless you want to get back a ring with a totally different colour. Brought my Gold wedding band for resizing and i got back a rose gold ring instead. The reason they gave is that after resizing, the ring has to be re-plated and the colour will change. They didn’t inform beforehand so now i have a mismatched set of wedding rings. Great.
Really helpful staff at this branch, Meyson offers really competitive pricing on their engagement rings. I'm thankful to them for being patient and not try to up-sell me. Definitely recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market for an engagement ring.
