My sister engaged them for her wedding. Event was from 2-8pm. By 1pm buffet was set up promptly, bonus point for this. But no food labels. In just a few hours, we were getting complaints from guests that fish was undercooked and fishball was going slimy and stale. We did feedback this to the staff who took this positively and removed the fishballs. We were expecting 500 guests but their service was super slow and inefficient, buffet not topup promptly. I was so embarassed as some guests did not get to enjoy the whole spread. At 5pm, the buffet was almost empty that I had to tell them to topup and their speed was like 2/10. By the time they topup the buffet, guests were already getting lesser. We also had feedbacks from guests that the packed food had gone stale by the time they reached home. I had to throw 8 packets of packed food which was left for those who stayed till the end bcos those had also went bad. My sister informed the caterer the next day and he was very defensive and refused to accept our feedback. I think he should accept all feedbacks positively in order to improve his service. The briyani and buffet spread was not bad except for the 2 that I had mentioned. The kuihs all tasted nice.

Recently called the owner for a quotation for my wedding event and I have not seen a rude owner who clearly did not want my business. No business etiquette. Claims he has been in business for many years but clearly the reviews for the business doesn’t show you are as good as you claim. Worst customer service ever! Would give it zero stars if I could.

Caterer will do wholesale changes without your knowledge. Nothing if all was correct to what we ordered for the family wedding. PLEASE refrain from using this dodgy caterer he will ruin your special wedding day. If I could rate 0 stars I would
