Really super grateful to the team at Malena Bridal!! Our wedding journey was a lot smoother with their help! Their bridal package covers all the things we need which meant that we have less things to stress about. Big thanks to Vicky and Michelle for coordinating everything, bringing lots and lots and lots of dresses for me to try, letting me feel really at ease and not rushing me even though we kept exceeding our try on timing haha Thanks so much for all your help <3 Thank you to my MUA Ryan for all the beautiful looks and hairstyles!! You really know how to make brides look and feel beautiful ! Also super appreciate our lovely photographer Kacy!! She took really wonderful pictures for us on PWS and AD. Kacy was also very detailed and was able to capture all the little moments from our wedding. She also gave really good instructions for how to pose and was super friendly and easy to work with. Special shout out to the wedding album design team Veron and Harlen!! For hyping us up for our wedding and producing really beautiful wedding albums for us <3 Would highly recommend everyone to come here!!! (:

We engaged Malena Bridal for our wedding and the communication with the team was easy! Vicky and Michelle were very efficient when coming to answering our questions. They were very detailed in the whole planning process and guided us when necessary. Everything was really easy for us. The only downside is the selection for evening gown may be a bit lesser compared to the others.

Big thanks to our Wedding Coordinator Vicky, and also assistance Michelle for patiently, my case was abit rushing on gown selection and time limit, and couldn't find my dream dress, make me feel not confident. After I share with Vicky that I'm stress, she immediately helped to find the suitable dress and nearest design of my dream dress. Again thank you for your great service

Had my wedding in 2018 and was very satisfied with the photographers and videographers from Malena. However, we did not save the photos when it was shared on drive with us and took us a very long time before we decided to save the photos but realised the photos were no longer shared on drive. We contacted them in 2021 to check if they might still have our photos with very little hope. The person in charge was very patient with us and managed to find our photos for us and compiled them in a thumbdrive for us out of goodwill! We are super super grateful! T.T Excellent services and would highly recommend.

Overall PWS experience was great for us. Staff were very friendly and service provided by the staff were excellent. Price was slightly at a higher-end, however you get what you pay for. Pictures delivered by them were immaculate and perfect. Vicky (Coordinator): Vicky was always on the ball and very quick in replying to any of our enquiries. She listens to our concerns and will try her best to see what she can do best for us. On the day of gown/suit selection, she will try her best to find the best fit gown and suit for the bride and groom, as they have a wide range of gown and suit selection for us to try. The planning of timeline for our PWS was perfect as everything went very smoothly on the day itself, we had ample time for different location and it was not in a rush. Thank you, Vicky, for your hard work, warmth and great service. Yuki (MUA): Make up was nicely done for my fiancée. As my fiancée does not have any particular hairdo or makeup in mind, she left the decision all up to Yuki to decide for her. Yuki was able to do up 3 styles for her for the different locations and outfits which perfectly suit my fiancée. She was a great help to us on the day of our PWS, as we got her to follow us out on that day. Thank you, Yuki, for your perfect makeup for my fiancée and also the great assistance on that day while following us around under the hot sun. Kzen (Photographer): Kzen was a great photographer. She was very fun, energetic and always kept us going despite the hot weather. As we are the type of people that do not know how to pose or act for a photoshoot, Kzen always knows how to direct us and always getting us in the right mood for different shoot. Her photography skills are top notch as the end product we received far exceeded our expectations and photography is the factor that led us to sign a package with Malena in the first place. Kzen makes everything worth it!!! Thank you Kzen. Veron (Album Designer): Veron was very funny and patient when it comes to explaining to us the details on how a designing of photo album works. She helped us a lot in narrowing down the pictures to include it in our photo album as we had a hard time in deciding which are the ones we want to include. Thank you Veron.
