It was truly a breeze to work with them to create my wedding band and engagement ring and I’m still in awe of it every time I look at it. Some attributes that stood out/ helped me in my jewellery creation experience - - Accommodating an external stone (A yellow diamond) - Recognising structural integrity and balance of the setting style (prongs, basket, pave type) with the Center stone. - The design team’s understanding of your design ask. Shoutout to Erica - who got what I wanted and sketched out the design in less than 5 mins from sharing my idea (see photo attached) - Madly’s prompt follow-ups via WhatsApp message/ calls for further refinement of the design. Giving us technical visuals soon after and showcasing the alternations of the design/new variations. - Quick turn around time of custom ring creation from sketch to delivery - around 4 weeks. - Providing a one time free size alteration and GST refund help. - High resolution images/videos of the ring after and insurance options for the ring. I’m beyond happy with the ring and get complimented on it all the time :)

Erica came through not only with the designs but by the budget I had as well and designed in right in front of me in less than half an hour. She really helped me through the process and I’m really thankful for her and Pauline who really explained everything clearly to me without missing any detail. I would definitely recommend madly and am grateful to have gotten my fiancé’s engagement ring there!

Visited Madly as I wanted to commemorate my 10th wedding anniversary with a ring to stack with my engagement ring. Didn't really know what design to go for, but two gems - a cool grey spinel and a refreshing mint garnet - caught my eye. Although my brief was just along the lines of "something more edgy/geometric," Erica was able to create a thing of beauty. The setting couldn't be more perfect for both gemstones, which I later realised happened to be in the theme colours of my wedding. The end product was exactly what I realised I wanted - something unique, edgy, and yet timeless 🩷 💯 Thank you!!

Throughout the design process, the support from the team was great from identifying the ideal gem that suits our preference and budget, to the follow up and updates throughout the design stages.
