My partner and I had a wonderful time working with Andrew to design my engagement ring! Though I had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted, Andrew’s expertise and advice was vital in crafting the perfect ring for us. We also really appreciated Andrew’s patience and enthusiasm, as we fine tuned the details of the ring. It was also wonderful that Andrew and Ling knew almost intuitively the vision I had, of something a little vintage and Victorian-inspired. The ring is gorgeous - I actually blurted out “omg damn chio” when my partner proposed and opened the box HAHAHAHA. This is my third purchase with Ling Jewellery! My husband and I had customise our wedding band with Ling Jewellery upon recommendation by my friend in 2019. We were satisfied with the craftsmanship and the quality services that Ling and Andrew provided! They are the best person in providing designs and customise to your needs. This time round I customise my own ring with green tourmaline without having any idea of what design I wanna go for. Ling doesn’t give recommendation base on her products, but she chats with customers and find out their likings and personality. She then design a ring which is most compatible to me. Ling helped to remake my wedding ring because the previous ring maker from another shop could not do the intricate design that I wanted. She even helped me to repurpose the old diamonds to make an everyday earring for me. She’s so sweet and efficient, I’d highly recommend this place. It’s not the cheapest service out there but the quality is worth paying for.

Lost my custom made ring overseas. Ling not only kept the records and design from eight years ago, but also helped expedite a NEW custom ring that arrived just before CNY. Extremely grateful for their assistance and making the whole experience carefree with a positive end result. Very happy with my new wedding ring back on my finger!
