We both felt very lucky to have Marklin photograph both our PWS and AD. From brainstorming PWS locations to planning a surprise reverse proposal, exploring atypical ideas for our program and even dealing with wedding day hiccups, Marklin was always so helpful and made us feel supported all the way. Behind the lens, he is full of energy and has a natural talent for making people (us, our bridal team, our families, our guests) feel comfortable around him. Marklin is the absolute best! When I was deciding on a photographer to work with for our solemnization ceremony, I found myself leaning towards pictures that were super authentic - with genuine expressions and interactions between the couples. Marklin’s style really resonated with me. My husband and I aren’t great in front of a camera, before the shoot we were worried that we’d not know how to pose or where to look, but the entire process was so lovely! Marklin was incredibly down to earth, super adaptable, took the time to get to know us, and asked questions so that we would loosen up. He encouraged us to interact with each other with his questions, and we were in fits of laughter. Honestly we never doubted the photos would be great, but we never imagined that they would come out perfectly showing the truest nature of our relationship. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer, we are so in love with our photos! Thank you Marklin, you’re a gem, we appreciate you so much ♥️

We engaged Marklin to photograph our ROM— despite some delays and rain he was still super patient and professional! He has such an assuring presence that made it easy to let him photograph us :) (I am usually quite shy around the camera) We are sure to engage him again for other photography needs. I got to know Marklin through a friend. Marklin was our one and only choice because he have this very comical persona and we love the photos he took! So we got him onboard as our AD wedding photographer. Marklin was very enthusiastic throughout our wedding! He would go the extra miles to help us, gave us tips and guided us which was really amazing! Because he is so humorous and easy to talk to, even our guests were impressed! Some even asked me: “How did you get to know Marklin?” It has been such a joy working with Marklin and we enjoyed the interaction with him.
