Ms. Jenny and Ms. Jolene were very professional in the explanation of the jade products, and were patient with us while we were trying on the rings (which are meant to be our wedding bands). Giving us various suggestions, answering out questions and taught us how to care for the jade rings - since it is going to be our wedding bands! Most importantly, there was no rushing from them to purchase the rings - Just patience. As what Ms. Jenny and Ms. Jolene told us, we need to get the jade that we like. Very glad to have encountered Ms. Jenny and Ms. Jolene during our visits at Chinatown outlet on other dates and during the purchase of the rings. Thank you very much!
