Purchased both my engagement ring and wedding bands from here, very happy with the quality of the rings and the excellent service. Particularly grateful to Yao Wei who was very knowledgeable when answering my endless questions and patient while providing guidance. It was a very comfortable experience and I would definitely recommend coming here for rings!

Decided to choose this place after scouring online to find an affordable engagement ring. Sales staff was very courteous and helpful, providing suggestions and valuable inputs. She (if I rember correctly, her name was Shameen) answered all our queries and was very attentive to our requirements. So I ended up getting an 18k white gold moissanite engagement ring from here. The only cons to this place is the downtime to get your jewellery made. Normally it takes about 4 weeks. But for peak periods like CNY, it took 6-8 weeks. On a side note, the shop smells fantastic.

I had a particular gem stone colour that I was looking for when making the engagement ring to propose to my Fiancé. It took a couple rounds of sourcing before finding the right colour and I am glad the team was able to source it which helped to make the proposal a successful and memorable one. Each time I step into the store the customer service has been excellent, I never felt rush which is something I greatly appreciate. Shoutout to Yao Wei and Ashley for making us feel comfortable and taking time to answer our questions!
