Gorgeous flowers and amazing customer service! Ordered a pastel mermaid colour themed preserved flower bridal bouquet and boutonnière on Monday, for our ROM on Saturday, and the team delivered with the most beautiful flowers that I dreamt of! The team was so dedicated, attentive and understanding - they sent photos of the flowers in advance and took so much time and effort to adjust the bouquet until it was perfect. The boutonnière’s backing was magnetic. Will highly recommend them and will be ordering flowers from them for our reception and all special occasions in the future!

Being very accommodating and understanding, the florists put in great effort to learn my preferred theme and made several suggestions. Many sample photos were exchange and we finally came to a design that my wife and I adored. The flowers were well packaged and arrived in good condition. They were very pretty and lasted a few days!
