Sylvie is really, really good at her job. I was unsure about what I wanted (I needed a new setting for my engagement ring and an eternity band to go with it) but she helped me clarify my idea and did such a beautiful job. She’s very patient! The work is flawless and the customer service top notch. I highly recommend Sylvie and L’Excellence. I’ll be returning there again for sure.

L'Excellence came well recommended to me and I had a most wonderful (and educational) experience there, with Sylvie spending a lot of time teaching me about the various options. Having no knowledge in the matter, I felt well guided through the process. L'Excellence delivered a beautiful engagement ring (which my wife loved) despite our tight timeline. My only regret is that I could not buy more!
