We had a wonderful experience at Korean Artiz Studio. During our first consultation, we were welcomed by Chiam, our coordinator. He was very friendly, patient, and gave us many useful suggestions and details. They also created a group chat to update us on what to prepare and bring for our pre-wedding shoot (PWS). On the day of gown selection, Annika assisted me. She was very gentle and patient. She asked about my preferences, favourite styles, colours, body shape, and concerns before recommending dresses that suited me well. She was never pushy and gave me enough time to choose and try the gowns. I tried about 10 gowns from both the silver and black collections. In the end, I chose one that she recommended because it matched my skin tone and overall look perfectly. She also helped to take photos of the gowns and sent them to us. They matched my fiancé’s suit colour with my gown as well. The whole session took around 1.5 hours. On the PWS day, we arrived at 7.30am and selected 8 themes. The whole process, including makeup, took around 5 hours. The makeup artist carefully matched the makeup style with my gowns and even suggested hairstyles that suited me. I was surprised that apricot peach makeup looked so good on me! All accessories were provided, including crowns and veils. The photographer spoke basic English, but we could communicate in Mandarin, so it was manageable. His assistant was very gentle and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the shoot. The photographer was professional and guided us with poses and smiles that suited each theme. He also suggested which gowns matched each setup best and always asked for our feedback. After every theme, the photographer would let us check the photos and ask if the poses were good or if there was anything we wanted to improve for the next shoot, such as our facial expressions or posing style. Although it was tiring, we truly enjoyed the whole experience. We loved that everything was indoors with air conditioning, and the team was very efficient.
