Great experience here! Especially good to know that its shop is directly outside the lift from the multi-storey carpark. Out of so many visits to different shops for the guo da li ceremony, i finally found a shop that the customer is not being judged for the choices they make in making the ceremony as easy going and simple as possible. Try going into a chinese wedding shop and ask for ala carte items... most of the time, you will get hard pushed to a full set or unnecessary questions but not Jenny the boss. She was friendly, joked around, and price was very reasonable. She also does wedding baskets rental at a very reasonable rate in Chinatown, so do look for her!

Wonderful and extensive variety, uncle and auntie are friendly and helpful. Sometimes they are flustered when they are busy, but they are very kind and accommodating. Recommend to come on a weekday. Opens till late too.

Very Bad Customer Service. Was left hanging on and off by the shop attendant. We decided to tell her nicely that we will come back another day. But she gave us a bad attitude saying that she has served us for an hour (Which we spent most of the time waiting for her) and decide to only get 1 item from her. Packages there was over priced as we made cross reference from another store there. Not recommended. Shop at your own risk!

The lady had very poor serving attitude and prices were way more expensive than other stores in the area for the same product. The goods were very dusty and tea and bowl sets were discolored. She also did not explain the actual prices of the items in the package. Most of the items look really old and poorly maintained. 100% bad experience and not recommended.
