Kim was so kind and thoughtful throughout the gown consultation session. She shared lots of helpful tips and pointed out things we wouldn't have thought to ask, e.g., the actual wedding venue feel. The whole appointment felt very relaxed. Kim really took the time to understand what suited me and gave honest advice. I left the appointment feeling much more informed and excited about the whole gown selection process :)
