I had the most wonderful experience renting my wedding gown from Kim's Kgown. From the moment I walked in, Kim was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my style and helped me find the perfect dress that made me feel like a true bride.The fitting process was smooth and Kim was never pushy with the choices. @e tried many dresses before landing with the perfect dress. She allowed me to take the time to try on the dresses, take pictures talk through the options with my guest who came along for the fitting. The quality of the gown was very good—every detail, from the lace to the beading, was beautifully crafted. As a seamstress herself, she made sure the alteration was done perfectly. In additional to gowns, Kim also provides accessories and veils. She was very understanding and allowed me to collect and return the dress at a convenient time for me. I initially wasn't planning to get a veil for my ceremony since I was going to wear a dark blue dress and thought it would be too hard to find anything to match it, but by chance I came across their dark blue wedding veil and I decided to give it a try. The collection was fast and straightforward with clear instructions given after the purchase. The veil looked pretty nice, was very pleasantly surprised that it went really well with my own outfit and hair on the day itself! Thank you for making my overall outfit for my special day even more special :D
