Junwei is amazing! We reached out to him because of the vibrant colours in his portfolio, and his steady demeanour sealed the deal because we felt we needed this calmness amidst all the hustle and bustle on our actual day. Prior to our wedding, Junwei also went through our schedule and asked many detailed questions that helped to improve it, and also gave us A LOT of reassurance that I still remember months after our wedding! On our actual day, Junwei worked well with our videographer to choreograph good shots and snippets, and also went around taking informal shots as per our request. As we expected, he was super steady and reacted quickly to unexpected situations, especially when it started pouring the morning of our wedding and we couldn't do our outdoors pre-wedding shoot. Instead, he got us to pose in the basement carpark, which produced really cool and edgy shots that I completely didn't expect! Our photos came three months after the wedding, and Junwei was really helpful in looking for alternative shots for photos where people were blinking. Overall, it was GREAT working with Junwei - thanks for giving us peace amidst the chaos!!!
Had Junwei as my AD photographer and have never regretted. We engaged Junwei to help us with our prewedding shoot and with our AD photography. Our prewedding shoot photos turned out great (we received many compliments from our guests!), and we're sure that our AD photos would look fantastic too! Junwei was always very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He gave us good advice when we were planning our wedding schedule, and was very experienced when taking the individual table photos for our banquet, which helped greatly as we were rushing for time. We engaged Junwei for our pre-wedding shoot after seeing his portfolio and it was one of the best decision we’ve made. We subsequently engaged him for AD shoot as well. His professionalism, patience and experience was off the chart. He was very easy to work and made the experience very comfortable, allowing my wife and I to be in our element. He was also very detailed oriented, making sure that all the important memories was captured down. Beyond just being a photographer, he shared valuable tips with us and supported us whenever he can. Its not a lie to say that things would not have gone as smoothly if it wasnt for him. Highly recommend!
My wife and I spent a lot of time looking around for a photographer and decided to engage Junwei because of the colours that he brought out in his photos and the expressions that he captured. For us, capturing expressions were extremely important because we had a church solemnization as part of our wedding. Junwei is amazing at this. I kid you not. When we gave our thank you speeches, he would instantly be able to capture the recipient's reaction no matter where they were seated. We were thoroughly impressed. And it makes for fantastic shots too. Needless to say, Junwei delivered way beyond our expectations. The colours were perfect, expressions were candid and perfect. Even as we scroll through the photos, we cannot stop laughing at the priceless moments and expressions that he caught. Besides the photos itself, Junwei was very professional throughout the entire process from meeting us over zoom, to the photo-taking during the actual day. He took time to discuss and run through our schedule, gave very appropriate directions and instructions as well. Our family members and friends too agreed that he was very experienced and professional with his role. The best part is, he was able to make us feel completely at ease even in the most awkward of moments. Although I must note, that if you're dying to receive your photos soonest possible after your event, do expect to wait a few months. I can promise you the wait is worth it.
